ThirdEye''s Direct Client is searching for Technical Writers who have experience in writing end-user and developer documentation (both PDF and online content for user guides, installation manuals, configuration guides, etc for various dashboard solution. Collaborating with the development team to produce quality documentation. Creating and maintain help files to accompany new software releases. Working closely with the development team to understand how new product features work and translate this into useful content for the end user. Performing writing tasks for technical documents such as user manuals, installation manuals, and tutorials. Writing API documentation. Ensuring output is consistent across product families and output formats. Working with distributed Agile software development teams.

This opportunity is for Full-Time Employment(FTE

Requirement:
Security Clearance: DHS Suitability is a must.
At least 2-8 years of technical writing/documentation experience.
4 years experience in lieu of degree
Experience editing and authoring end-user documentation.
Familiarity with content management systems and/or website production tools and related processes.
Experience writing API documentation.
Knowledge of Agile, continuous integration practices strongly preferred.
Hands-on Jira experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and process-implementation skills.
