Overview:

This Work Request seeks a Technical Content writer who can implement digital content display and transformation, data/file/library migration, Content Management System (CMS) workflow, content gathering sessions and training for Phases 1.5 through 2.0 of the Social Intranet to meet client’s requirements. Release 3.0 will be an option to execute by client.

Client’s strategic intent is to replace the current Intranet applications with a new Social Intranet with features and capabilities that significantly improves user experience, delivers greater operational efficiencies, eliminates reliance on aging legacy technology, and positions client to support future transformations in the user experience, response to evolving customer expectations and service innovations.

Client anticipates the entire Social Intranet Project to be fully deployed and implemented by Q1 2019 or before.

Job Responsibilities:

Resource(s) Vendor selects to perform tasks requires 5-10 years of technical writing experience with a wide range of skills and knowledge which includes:

· Knowledge of client-focused service delivery operations and business requirements,

· Be articulate with active listening and excellent communication (oral and written), intrapersonal, organization, and motivational skills

· Be self-starter who can work independently,

· Able to collaborate, develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all organization levels with both internal and external stakeholders

· Proven analytical and critical thinking experience with hands-on practical experience in problem solving

· Ability to learn new business applications and the ability to work on multiple projects with competing demands

· Skilled in Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365 and Visio
