Job Description :
1. Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
2. Study product samples and talk with product designers and developers
3. Work with technical staff to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions
4. Organize and write supporting documents for products
5. Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
6. Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos
7. Standardize content across platforms and media
8. Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
9. Revise documents as new issues arise
10. Strong communication skills. Good English speaker
