Job Description :
Obtain all information from product designers and developers for ServiceNow
Organize and write supporting documents for all parts of ServiceNow From Development Architecture to End Users UI
Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, and charts that increase users’ understanding
Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals and diagrams
Standardize content across platform creating volumes on data for reference
Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers
Review and validate all current documents associated with ServicesNow (Process/Workflow, Design, User Training, support etc
Work closely with product owners, Scrum Master, Technical Leads & Development teams to create and maintain on-line help systems, users guides, release notes, and various training materials
Revise documents as updates become available
Overall, to document ServiceNow platform, modules & functionality end to end from every aspect
Interact with SMEs or stakeholders to ensure document accuracy and usability
Review documentation against S&P Corp Policy and come up with gap analysis and corrective action plan
Document Risk based on policy gaps
Desirable Skills
Bachelors’ degree and/or extensive experience in technology and project management
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office desktop publishing software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, including writing macros and using various shortcuts and versioning software
Ability to coordinate the production of technical publications and to express technical IT concepts and language accessible to non-technical readers• Knowledge of information technology, ITSM & ITIL from a writer/editors viewpoint
Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and must be a team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of five years’ experience in technical writing
Experience working with Agile software development methodologies
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
