Job Description :
The eLearning specialist will report to the Director of Communications. Duties and responsibilities include the development of eLearning, videos and webinars, training materials, PowerPoint presentations, and web design and graphics.

Experience and skills required:
Proficient in the development of eLearning, videos and webinars, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, closed captioning and outputting
Proficient with Articulate, GoAnimate (Vyond), Camtasia, and other related software
Familiar with adult learning principles and methodology
Proficient with MS Office Word and PowerPoint
Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Familiar with Dreamweaver and HTML.
Write, edit and proof read content for correct grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy
Familiar with measuring results and customer satisfaction
Effective at transforming complex concepts into friendly, layman''s terms and infographics
Effective communication and customer service skills
High-level project management skills
Collaborative team member
Creative thinker
