4+ Months (With 2 optional 1-year extension)
This position will support the Human Resources (HR) Learning & Development Team
Experience and skills required:
Experience providing customer support and designing and delivering training to workplace in areas of instructional and learning technologies and instructional design and andragogy
-Proficient in the development of eLearning, videos and webinars, including scripting, storyboarding, editing, closed captioning and outputting
-Proficient with Articulate Storyline, Vyond (GoAnimate), Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate and other related software
-Effective with video production and editing tools
-Managing (e.g. planning, developing, and/or implementing, etc eLearning projects
-Familiar with adult learning principles and methodology
-Proficient with MS Office Word and PowerPoint
-Familiar with Adobe Acrobat Pro, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
-Familiar with Dreamweaver and HTML
-Write, edit and proof-read content for correct grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy
-Familiar with measuring results and customer satisfaction
-Effective at transforming complex concepts into friendly, layman''s terms and infographics
-Effective communication and customer service skills
-High-level project management skills
-Collaborative team member
-Creative thinker
