Job Description:
The Technical/WorkFlow Analyst will works hand in hand with Solution Architect(s) in the digital transformation of an Industry leaders next generation end-to-end solution. The Technical/WorkFlow Analyst will analyzes application portfolios to make standardization and rationalization recommendations in accordance to architectural principles, Partners with business owners and IT leaders to complete the architecture models; gathering and documenting all methods, flow, inputs, data structures and outputs of all business applications and integrations

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Drive Architecture Simplification and Collaboration
Creates architectural solutions that articulate the business context, conceptual design, and component level logical design
Analyzes application portfolios to make standardization and rationalization recommendations in accordance to architectural principles, Coordinates across the organization to complete the architecture models. Partners effectively with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment of architecture models
Collaboration with architecture teams, development teams and solution engineering to create conceptual, logical and physical architectures
Coordinate across the organization to find solutions and modify architectures given scope changes, due to unknown issues and/or any unintended consequences encountered during detailed design, construction and implementation.
Contributes to architecture blueprint analysis to help identify gaps in current state, articulate future state and roadmap.


Qualification / Requirements
5+ years previous experience in Information Technology in an application analysis functions as a technology analyst, systems analyst, or application architect
Experience with application architecture and design using (Java, JEE, C#, .NET, REST/SOAP web services, Micro Services, APIs, UML, SOA, ECM, API management, web/mobile platforms, frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, Hazlecast, DevOps, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, MDM, Big Data etc.
Knowledge of various architectural and design patterns associated with packaged/ custom/ web/ mobile/ standalone/ Micro services/Cloud applications.
Solid understanding Enterprise Application Integration Architecture patterns and mechanisms for cloud applications such as messaging, API gateway, API management, and Service bus, Orchestration, Synchronous/Asynchronous/batch.
Knowledge with solution Architecture diagrams (logical, physical, infrastructure topology etc.
Experience with bimodal SDLC (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall)
Understanding of high performance and scalability (elastic/linear) architecture
Understanding of security architecture and principles (Authentication, Authorization, Proxy, single sign on, encryption etc
Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery solution architecture
Knowledge of the User Experience Design through the development of sitemaps, functional flows, wireframes and prototypes. .
High-level understanding of ETL methods (flat-file exchange, FTP, SSIS, etc)
Experience with MDM, data management, data ingestion, data cataloging
Experience creating Solution Architecture Blueprint document
Well verse with Visio, excel and PowerPoint, or other tools that help to convey thinking.
Experience documenting the end-to-end process, applications, methods, flow, inputs, data structures and outputs.
Documenting the database, noting which tables/views/store procedures/columns were being used for integrations.
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional team in a matrix environment. Including IT staff members, global development (both onshore and offshore)
Excellent communication (both oral and written) collaboration, analytical and problem solving skills
