Banking domain knowledge and experience testing applications in any banking LOB
Experience in testing RPA in any banking LOB – knowledge of Pega RDA or BluePrism RPA or equivalent RPA platform
Automation experience in implementing different frameworks, developing and maintaining automation scripts, execution through automation
Knowledge and understanding of STLC, estimation, test planning, requirements analysis, test case design, test execution, defect lifecycle management
Experience working in Agile projects
Tools experience desired: ALM, TFS, UFT, Selenium
Good communication skills, experience working in Global Delivery Mode

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with IT
Preferred
* At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
* At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
* Banking domain knowledge and experience testing applications in any banking LOB
* Experience in testing RPA in any banking LOB – knowledge of Pega RDA or BluePrism
* RPA or equivalent RPA platform.
* Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, Jmeter APM tools like
* Dynatrace, App Dynamics Experience is preferred.
* Automation experience in implementing different frameworks, developing and maintaining automation scripts, execution through automation
* Knowledge and understanding of STLC, estimation, test planning, requirements analysis,test case design, test execution, defect lifecycle management
* Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
* Should have Strong leadership skills
* Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc.
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Communication and Analytical skills
* Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
