Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : Full time(FTE)

Job Description:
Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
4 years of experience in developing the Performance Test Plan, test templates and test scripts.
At least 4 years of experience in Performance strategy including workload modeling.
Expertize in industry best Performance testing tools
Expertize in Performance result analysis and result report preparation.
Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Communication and Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
