Job Description:

The IT Support Specialist will manage the desktop and network usability products for our end users. The Specialist will work with the vendor, DSS CIO IT staff, VITA and end user to troubleshoot problems reported by the end users. The Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining scripts to package and distribute software. The Specialist also needs to use remote support tools to diagnose network and software problems. The Specialist needs to have knowledge of group policy Objects (GPOs

Required Skills:

GPO and Powershell scripting

Troubleshooting network and Microsoft desktop application

Packaging and distribution of software in a Microsoft environment

Supporting a distributed customer base (multiple locations)

Sharepoint experience
