Job Description
Core responsibilities will include:

-Utilize ServiceNow to provide client support by creating and resolving technical incidents via email or phone

-Resolve incidents within a defined service level agreement, escalating when necessary

-Follow and produce standard work to complete technical support tasks

-Install PC hardware and peripheral components

-Load and verify correct operation of software packages

-Support network and telecommunications system hardware and software
-Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidate must have the following experience and capabilities:

-2 years technical support experience required

-Strong Microsoft Office experience

-Experience with Microsoft Desktop/Server Products, Cisco Networking strongly preferred

-Bachelor's Degree preferred
