Job Description :
Mandatory Skills:
Strong Client communication and interfacing skills
Excellent knowledge in Healthcare Domain and workflows
Good in Java/J2EE and related technologies
Experience with Databases – MSSQL or any databases
Expert in requirement gathering and technical documentation
Experience with networking technologies:
o DNS
o TCP/IP
o LAN and WAN protocols
o Routers, security (Firewall, VPN)
Experience with Linux, Windows, VMWare.
Excellent debugging/troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team, or independently.
Ability to travel when required.

Desired Skills:
Exposure to developing and integrating Healthcare applications
Experience working on any Integration engine or Integration-Interoperability projects
Knowledge of Rhapsody IE
Knowledge of HIE-Provider workflows
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Associate degree or equivalent in Electronics or Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:
Provide front line Tier 2/3 technical support throughout the software product life cycle.
Develop technical notes and knowledge base
Interface with Technical team to provide solution during Integrations
Provide Production support on business critical applications
Provide phone support for newly introduced products; Tier 3 support for more mature products.
Reproduce customer environments to resolve issues.
Accurately document customer calls and product problems found in the field (e.g. Bugzilla, email, etc.
Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
Manage both Customer and stakeholder expectations
Identify blockers/issues and fix as applicable
Co-ordinate with Technical team to identify resolution for technical issues/challenges
