Candidate must be able to:

- Answer customer questions about room scheduling and assist customers in reserving facilities/resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Configure/setup rooms to meet customer requirements.
- Assist trainers with software installation in the learning center, assist customers with system setup/login, network access, and videoconferencing.
- Escalate system issues to appropriate support area for quick resolution.
- Maintain a positive outlook, be professional, and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills

3 years Experience working with end customer requirements
Ability to solve IT problems pertaining to connectivity, projecting from Laptop to Screen etc.
Experience working with various security requirements.
Ability to enter tickets into a service desk call center application.
