Job Description :
This position will be part of a local team, requiring technical experience in software development to design and implement business processes utilizing the full suite of modules in ServiceNow. Extensive experience in business process analysis is required to work with user community to gather information for process design/improvement, testing, and implementation to ensure efficient business operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead all functional and technical aspects of solution delivery including application UI configuration, workflow configuration, development of required specific reporting
Interface with global ServiceNow technical teams to successfully implement and support the Enterprise Service Management platform.
Prepare and implement all deliverables for processes and workflow design
Consults process owners with solution implementation
Perform other duties as required

At least five years’ experience with ITSM systems, three years’ experience specific to ServiceNow.
Proven experience with architecting in ServiceNow
