IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for a Technical Specialist 4/TS4(Salesforce Developer) to join our customer in Columbus, OH. This is an ONSITE position. Job Responsibilities:
Our Client wishes to enhance an existing application that is not in production and place it into production and optimize the usage of the Salesforce platform to drive maximum value from our Salesforce investment.
For this role our client is looking for a resource that has strong Salesforce development skills. The resource must also have Salesforce solution development experience to include configuring Salesforce, working with Salesforce API’s and developing customizations (i.e. using Apex The candidate will need to have experience working withthe various Salesforce environments (e.g. promoting code from the sandbox to production We expect the person will have a good understanding of the various
Salesforce licenses, communities and best practices for Salesforce development.
Ideal candidate will have broad based experience in designing, prototyping, and building custom data centric web-based applications in MS, DB2 and Oracle based client/server environments.
The developer would be asked to work with business users on helping to develop requirements and functionality that is desired by the business, so excellent communication skills are a must.
Required Skills:
-5 Years of experience with Visualforce and implementing these into internal salesforce and communities
-5 Years of experience with Apex Code
-Experience with Lightning Framework and Event based web frameworks
-Experience with Javascript and JQuery
-Experience integrating apex with external web services using SOAP and REST based communication
-Experience with modifying apex code in a salesforce organization with a large Apex code base. Specifically, following existing code base design patterns to best fit
a solution.
-Experience with Agile/Scrum based development approaches-Provides migration support for all windows servers migrating to the ID Domain.
