Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience.
Personnel who perform a set activities – directed by policies, organized and structured in processes and supporting procedures – that are performed to plan, design, deliver, operate and control information technology (IT) services offered to customers. This position is focused on Infrastructure.
Oracle DB,IBM Mainframe Z (OS 1.x),
Linux/Unix, Informatica Power Center and Exchange, Experience in performance/monitoring tools understanding of SAN and NAS storage solutions
TRMs are central knowledge point of all integrations.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
