Extensive experience managing full lifecycle recruiting gained within the IT industry ( 5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE)
Proven background using direct sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent to include AWS, Azure, Linux, Virtualization, Storage, Windows.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders with expert knowledge of customer needs assessment. Advises and educates hiring teams on best practices for the recruitment process.
Leverages online recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates and participates in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and lead the way in industry best practices. Serves as a mentor to other Recruiters and drives best practices across the great Talent Acquisition team.
Responsible for full life cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening and selection to negotiation, offer and close, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years recruiting, hiring and/or sourcing experience required. Prefer a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Communications. At the manager’s discretion, a High School diploma/GED and 4 years additional relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement.
