Job Description:

Required Skills (and years of experience): TOP 5 SKILLS NEEDED

· Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in IT Technical recruiting

· Experience working on a variety of roles from technical to sales/marketing to professional services

· Proficient or Knowledge in understanding basis of technologies or software.

· Ability to interact with senior leaders/hiring managers

· Experience in recruiting vice president, directors of various software technologies

· Strong network connectivity.


Preferred Skills: (NICE TO HAVES)

· Ability to leverage external contacts

· Open to corporate or agency recruiting experience

Required Soft Skills:

· Good communication skills
