We have an opening for a dynamic, outgoing, creative thinker to fill a Technical Recruiter. Today’s industry is dynamic and ever changing and there are new technologies emerging almost every day thus creating a new demand that needs to be fulfilled in real time. We are looking for Recruiters who are passionate about recruiting, who are willing to learn every day and take on new challenges, who can think out of the box to source for niche skills. Since the market is extremely competitive, one of the most important factors to success is the response time / pace and hence we are looking for high energy individuals who value the importance of time and can commit themselves to such a fast paced environment.

Job Requirements:-
1. Good understanding of the technology industry specially Cloud, Infrastructure and related technologies.
2. Knowledge of sourcing resumes using various sources such as job boards, social media sites, partner companies.
3. Hands on experience with using Job boards (making job postings, creating agents, sourcing resumes
4. Experience in using Social Media for sourcing (using forums like linked-in, twitter, discussions forums, blogs etc
5. Ability to work on multiple critical requirements and prioritizing them.
6. Ability to engage candidates and sell them the prospective jobs. And keep candidates interested till they join the project.
7. Good analytical & mathematical skills as this will be required for salary / rate negotiation.
8. Ability to work in teams and follow direction given by the management.
9. Ability to do regular follow ups with candidates & hiring managers.
