Primary Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting and direct hire opportunities within client organizations under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Additional duties include the following;
Review and analyzes active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions
Utilizes multiple internet resources, including the Technical Recruiters own creative networking techniques to source candidates
Tracks and manages all candidate and client interaction in JobDiva, Strategic Staffing’s hybrid CRM/ATS tool
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates “fit” and technical competence
Present career opportunities to qualified applicants
Negotiate candidate’s contracts and terms of employment
Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and assigned clients
Participate in daily huddles where you will collaborate with management, peers and Account Managers to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully
Requirements:

A Bachelor''s Degree is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience recruiting IT Professionals or Engineering.
Moderate understanding of IT terminology and processes.
Required Skills & Abilities

Bachelor''s Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field is required
Four or more years of recruiting experience, with a focus on campus recruitment and/or development of the strategy to create a ''farm system'' for new employees
Candidates with iCIMS experience have a great advantage
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills to attract and retain top talent on campus throughout the US
Some technical knowledge and/or background is preferred - the ability to connect and relate to candidates coming from a strong technical background
Able to work with multiple teams from multiple geographic locations
Able to adapt to a changing work environment and priorities to meet the business needs.
NOTE:
At least a year of administrative experience

Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication

Proactive, Self-Starter, and independent thinker

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Attention to detail.
