Qualifications:
BS/BA or equivalent from reputed university.
Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on IT recruiting experience for USA, any experience for Canada and Mexico will be considered as plus
Strong stakeholder management & interpersonal skills
Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing top talent for Contract(Corp-to-Corp) as well we Fulltime candidates
Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment.
A combination of corporate and agency experience is must, any executive search experience is plus.
Responsibilities:
Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and decide on the best hiring strategy
Develop, creative, out of the box recruiting methods.
Participate in marketing events, user groups, and industry specific interest groups to build relationships and a candidate pipeline.
Source qualified IT professionals through referrals, recruiting database, Internet tools, networking, vendor partners and other creative means
Schedule and conduct telephone screens and personal candidate interviews
Maintain candidate database and conduct scheduled follow-up calls
Communicate with candidates via telephone, e-mail and/or written documentation
Meet established goals and report progress/results
Coordinate interviews and make offers to prospective employees
Coordinate technical screens and perform reference checks
Generate qualified candidates on a pro-active basis
Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
Proven ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment. Resilience under pressure. Polite push back when required. Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team.
Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
Recommend ways to improve company’s brand to attract more talent
Must have understanding of current various work authorizations, limitations and labor legislations
