Role description:

eDataForce Consulting LLC is searching for a Technical Project Manager needed to lead an issue resolution SWAT team for a retail manufacturing client.
Responsibilities will include: Organize and run a multi-departmental SWAT team process to diagnose, correct, and resolve major issues, hold regular periodic issue resolution calls or work sessions, create and maintain an issue log for tracking issue resolution, track status, to-dos, due dates, for each issue, identify and resolve roadblocks and obstacles, ensure business requirements are defined and are comprehensive, and business approves issue resolution, and create periodic management reporting on issue status.

Required skills: Project Management, Meeting Facilitation, Problem Resolution, MS Office applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint

Preferred skills: EDI, MS Dynamics AX, Retail manufacturing experience
