Job Desc is not talking anything but Technical side, but they need people who has Technical background or handled technical team specifically in Middleware Technologies. (Weblogic/Websphere/JBOSS, Tomcat Apache, Linux, Tibco etc etc)

As the Manager, IT Operations – This position will provide insight and recommendations to help achieve the vision and strategic priorities of the organization, as well as be responsible for driving project efforts and status checks with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with project stakeholders to prioritize portfolio of projects .
Responsible for time accounting, project tracking and resource accomplishments.
Coordinate, create, and distribute communications and project status communications for the organization
Drive effective participation across stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of projects
Organize and facilitate project specific meetings and events
Experience in working at a senior sys admin level with application server technologies.
Exposure to and experience with providing strategic mentorship
Proven ability to handle and structure engineering teams for delivering high quality solution in a dynamic environment
Established leader with significant portfolio/program management experience.
Exhibits strong customer insight and customer sensitivity.
Excellent people manager, with inspirational leadership skills, presence and proven ability to coach, lead, and develop high performing teams.
Extraordinary collaboration skills with an ability to partner effectively with others in the pursuit of common goals.
Exhibit the highest levels of personal and professional integrity at all times.
Proven ability to write clear and concise technical documents, including design documents, specifications and technology roadmaps.
Self-driven/motivated working style.
Multi-tasking master.
Travelling may be required once in a quarter.
