Someone who has experience working with engineers of all levels (senior, mid, associate
Someone who is experienced with JIRA and is willing to adapt to in place processes and ceremonies
Someone who is an experienced leader and who can communicate effectively across competencies (engineering, other TPMs, Program management)
Understand the project with least documentation and create knowledge sharing documentation.
Must Have:
Good communication and staying on top the tasks (including prompt response to the client manager as well as other internal customers)
Problem solving skill in multi-tier application
Good Experience of managing a team
Excellent understanding of Jira, Github, Wiki
Scrum/Kanban board management
Good to have:
Programming knowledge (Java)
