Job Description :
The Technical Project Manager has the Primary Responsibility to Implement Products and Services within the Communications Service range through Project Management and Acting as his/her Own Resource to Deliver Project Related Activities

Solid General Project Management Experience and Coordination Methodology
PMP Certification Preferred
Perennial Experience in Managing Projects in Skype for Business, Cisco CMS, SIP Trunking and IP-Telephony (design and engineering)
Expertise in Cisco Unified Communication, Cisco Telepresence, and Microsoft Unified Communication Products
Experience in Customer/Client Facing Roles is Advantageous
Experience with Technical Documentation Specification, Review, and Updates
ITIL is Advantageous

Delivery of Skype for business and Telepresence related projects following company methodology standards
Interaction with internal Stakeholders including regional IT teams, telecom team
Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered
Co-operation and following guidance of Technical Lead Unified communications
Coordination of existing Communications related projects
Actively participate and support in an RFP phase and act as a resource to drive/manage subprojects & tasks
