Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Must have: PMP/ITIL Certification, Extensive Technical Background with Cloud & DevOps, Data Center, Software Defined Network & Security, Wireless & Virtualization

Job Description:

Technical Project Management expertise around Cloud & DevOps, Data Center, Software-Defined Network, Security, Wireless & Virtualization.

Manage Project life-cycle Pre-sales and SoW build-out working with sales team / engagement manager for budgeted
effort estimates, cost and resources.

Conduct an internal kickoff meeting – to gather the appropriate team members to resource the project- and discuss
delivery timelines

Work with engineering team to clearly callout the billable hours vs. actual hours team needs to work.

Create a communication plan and document that shows resources from ITP, the customer and any required third
parties. Include senior members of ITP and Customer teams.

Conduct Kickoff meeting with the customer. Clearly identify constraints such as access issues, background checks,
etc. Highlight any hurdles and escalate as required. Clearly document pre planned vacation time, holidays, change
freezes etc. for planning.

Track time-sheets / milestones on the project.

On a weekly basis – track budgeted vs. actual time spent on the project. Escalate whenever work output and
budgeted vs. actual effort are out of alignment.

Plan the project – with key milestones , dates of change windows.

Align not only ITP resources but customer resources to ensure successful change .

Conduct daily SCRUM , weekly status meetings to keep project on track.

Create presentations for bi-weekly steering meetings with customers management team.

Work with PMO to raise Change Orders in a timely fashion.

Obtain necessary authorizations and documentation to start any client activity “at risk”

Ensure that signed client Work orders , Contracts and Change Orders are current and maintained in a central
location.

Communicate completion of Key milestones / billable time to accounting department - for timely invoicing.

Participate in weekly PMO meetings to provide status updates to ITP Management.

MUST HAVE prior experience managing multiple IT Infrastructure related projects.

MUST HAVE good writing skills for taking meeting minutes, preparing status reports and change requests.

Key notes:

Job will be primarily from Work location described above.

20-30% travel is required for customer facing meetings.

Due to nature of work, candidate needs to be available on nights / weekends to manage change windows
