Job Description :
Need a strong Technical Lead who can lead transition of traditional applications to master Data Management and Data Transformation or ETL technologies. Will be responsible in creating sprints to sundown legacy and transition to IBM Infosphere
Need a strong Technical Lead who can lead transition of traditional applications to master Data Management and Data Transformation or ETL technologies. Will be responsible in creating sprints to sundown legacy and transition to IBM Infosphere
Ability to share and communicate ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to development team and Project Manager
Must have experience on multiple Hardware and Software Environments and be comfortable with complex heterogeneous systems environments
Must have technical skills of a Senior Developer, combined with the ability to lead a team of ETL developers to deliver projects. Knowledge of IBM Datastage is a big plus.

Functional technical role - responsible for creating sprint planning and execution – duration through the end of the year
Sunset java db2 unix system and move to datastage environment – pure backend oriented application that needs to be migrated – homegrown application
Strong technical background – understands Java and Datastage are the essential – not looking for datastage developer just needs to understands the tools limitation – would expect that this lead has coded at some point in his or her career
Migration project – moving from unix platform to datastage –
50/50 functional technical split – analyze what needs to be migrated and make a plan to get through the transition – new environment is already up and running –
Okay with a 90% technical person if the manager can be confident he can handle the PM stuff
Need to interview on-site for final interview in ATL – would look at out of town candidates if they can make it to the in person interview -
Project lead will be working with a 5 person team
Contract only through the end of the year – no extension
Doesn’t have to be from a financial background
Will work with one other PM on this team
