IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Technical Project Coordinator to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Job Duties:
Work with PC Techs, DTS Management and Local Onsite Contacts (LOC) to coordinate various Desktop Support related projects, including but not limited to PC Refresh, other technology deployments (Location Moves, Digital Signage, Security Badging, UPS deployments, etc May work with both software and hardware deployments. Will work with local and remote office personnel to schedule onsite activities on a daily basis. Partner with Telecom and Network techs and third party Vendors provide the right resources at the right times during deployments Excellent interpersonal skills and responsiveness to customers and technicians are a requirement. Interact with other project management and technical leads to understand subsystem and component specifications and recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective development. Provide detailed project plans for deployments and keep track of maintenance and enhancement efforts. Utilize our Incident/Request Management system insuring that work activities are assigned and followed up with.

Required Skills:
5 years of experience in:
- Incident Management (ITL)
- Windows OS
- Internet/Browser
