Description
9 +Years of experience with 6 to 7 years IT Development Project Management , 1 or 2 Projects experience in SCRUM
Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies (Preferably Jira
Working experience conversion Waterfall to Agile methodologies
Responsible for coordinating all Agile ceremonies for the Scrum team and assuring that the team follows the rules of Scrum.
Guides and coaches the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to satisfy customer expectations.
Leads both the Scrum Team and the Development team to get the most out of self-organization
Works to remove impediments and facilitates continuous improvement.
Robust team facilitation skills, and the ability to build and develop relationships up and down the organizational stack.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including understanding of technical writing requirements.
Comfort in delegating tasks, relating with and to teams and hitting deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and of several software development methodologies.
