Technical PM with strong DW Bi experience
Location: San Jose, CA
The Project Manager:
Total of 8+ years of experience with 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager on increasingly complex projects
Takes projects from original concept through final implementation.
Defines project scope and objectives.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
Works with the project team to analyze and resolve problems.
Reports project status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Good understanding on Agile process and Agile project execution
Exposure in handling multi-vendor project execution
Understanding on ticketing tool – like Service Now
Should be skilled in Systems analysis, estimation/design/development of solutions.
Plan and co-ordinate all tasks of the offshore team, across different technologies.
Suggest\implement process improvements, design improvements and automation areas.
Drive various changes and initiatives in the team.
Track, monitor and report project metrics.
Mentor new team members; identify training needs for each offshore team member.
Co-ordinate post implementation transition to the Production support team.
