Job Description :
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL query formulation
Ability to dig into metrics with a focus on correctness and quality
Interaction level with team- High level of interaction with the team and leads
4+ years’ experience in Program Management (or project management) for a technical group
Experience with Microsoft internal ticketing systems, experience working with enterprise customers.
Reviewing reports to ensure on time and verify quality and follow up.
Tickets that are open- making sure work gets done and tracked.
Experience managing reports with Power BI and Excel- 3 years
Experience with tracking systems and following up on issues reporting by customers-2 years
Experience to analyze data and look for incorrect and things out of place- 2 years
