Role: Technical Lead with Mulesoft experience

Job Description:
Sets direction and provides oversight of all MuleSoft implementations and their supporting platforms
Sets direction and provides oversight of all 3rd party tools supporting MuleSoft
Responsible for all MuleSoft implementations and platform architecture
Evolves and or works to develop MuleSoft and other supporting product methodologies, processes, and standards
Coordinates with the Lead Integration Architects
Works to support, augment, and escalate client consulting requests.
Coordinates the preparation of Technical Design documentation with the Technical Lead and/or Lead Integration Architect
Works with the Senior Software Engineers to complete technical design documentation, discover APIs, and produce API Design Definitions
Conduct Design and Discovery Sessions
Coordinate with the different streams for the overall integration solution
Recommends Process Best Practices and Application Capabilities
Understand business processing criteria i.e., What constitutes a change?
Work with the OneAmerica team to design APIs for optimal performance, capacity and availability
Assist developers with Integration related activities.
Participate in work product reviews
Develop logical and physical integration model
Provides an integration perspective independent from product (vendor) solutions
