Analytical skills: Should be able to debug legacy code
Production support: Should able to support production issues and should able to support on call.
Offshore mgmt: Should able to handle the offshore team by following up on day to day work
Communication skills: Should have good communication skills
Environment support: Should able to support deploying code in test regions.
Elevation support: Should support Pre/Post elevations.
Good to have: Knowledge in Unix, Finance domain
Digital: Node.js, Digital: Maven, Foundation : Advanced Java Concepts, Digital : Micro services,
Foundation: Core Java, Assurance : Java Unit Testing Frameworks (Junit, *Unit, *Mock, Cactus, etc), Spring MVC
