Job Description :
1. Must be capable of leading, providing  and delivering technical and management support in the areas of Data Infrastructure, Data Management, Data Governance, Reporting and Analytics
2. Apply strong interpersonal skills to elicit understanding of complex, ill-defined problems and procedures; brief suggestions for improvement to senior leadership
3. Ability to facilitate relations between business groups and technology departments.
4. Work across functions to implement new standards and practices
5. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across other programs and applications
6. Provide direction, as needed, to respective Team and other resources supporting the Agile Technology development projects
7. Work with developers to support and resolve technical issues
8. Provide timely updates and status to executive leadership
9. Develops issue resolution recommendations for Executive Leadership approval, as required
10. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
11. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Education:
1. A Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related technical discipline.

General Experience:
1. At least eight (8) years of experience managing and delivering Data and Analytics solution
2. Should have strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Experience with Different Reporting and Analytical solution with familiarity of  Data Science and different modeling techniques - data modeling and/or predictive modeling

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience – and ability to lead Agile Software teams
2. Good experience in operationalizing data governance and data quality.
3. Knowledge of  Major big data solutions and products available in the market
4. Expertise in creating and deploying best big data practices and methodologies
5. Drive the design, building, and launching of new data models and data pipelines in production.
6. Setting up and Scaling of Analytical and Big data technology teams
7. Build cross functional relationships with Analysts, Data Scientists and Business Analysts to understand data needs

Special Qualifications:

?       Program management experience in large to mid-scale data transformation projects is a must
