We are actively looking for Technical Infrastructure Project manager at Phoenix AZ
Mode - Contract to Hire
Key Responsibilities:-
Based on the initial DD report run an initial kick-off meeting after signature of the deal to verify and detail the results together with the target company’s IT staff as well as with company IT infrastructure staff
understand target’s infrastructure and application landscape, their IT organization incl. external contractor services as well as IT financials and identify any gaps against current state of the art technology company standard environment
clarify any open questions with the target
run design workshops in the areas of Network, voice, servers, AD, email, end user computing, printing, mobility
prepare shopping lists for hardware and services required to integrate as well as manage cancelation of services not required any more at the target company and get ordering processes executed
create and execute a plan for the actual integration work, especially migrating a target site from their domain and network to company AD and network, ensure proper local resource availability on the target site for migration, incl. testing and user acceptance and trainings. This will require close cooperation with the application team, server and PC support resources.
Create and maintain a budget for migrating / integrating target’s environment to company environment and line out any CAPEX / OPEX and ongoing R&M costs
Prepare additional role profiles as required for the integration
Create and maintain a detailed project plan for all infrastructure integration activities
Assembles and manages the project team to ensure deliverables remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget
Prepares and maintains all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Manages project scope by enforcing change control procedures
Manages project issues and risks
Conducts project team meetings
Establishes and measures project performance metrics
Prepares project status reports and presents project performance updates to senior management
Travel to locations across EMEA will be required
