Technical Skills - In Detail (Essential Skills)
12+ years of experience with prior experience in SDLC
Prior experience of technical management of projects in a bank in agile
Ability to work in an agile environment and in agile
Excellent communication and articulation skills
Excellence understanding of dependencies and ability to correlate the inter dependencies of different moving parts
Good understanding of overall architecture
Good handle on dash-boarding and reporting in Jira
Experienced in all aspects of program management – planning, risk management, stakeholder management (from technology managers to executives), reporting
Good analytical skills
Quick thinker and ‘thinking on his/her feet’ ability
Prior experience of development in Java server side (Spring, REST) and integration with Mobile apps
Work with the team instead of the team working for the Delivery Manager
