Position : Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 6+ months
Description :
Should be able to lead the design, development, testing and deployment of multiple complex projects
Excellent experience with SDLC/Scrum/Agile, Project planning, Estimation, TDD/BDD/ATDD
Excellent written and oral communication, Presentation skills
Should be able to work with the business and IT teams
Should be able to manage, motivate, develop the team and maximize their individual contribution
Assist leadership in preparing SOWs/Contract extensions and Monthly invoices
Provide/Manage the project(s) pipeline
Manage the overall delivery of projects, Daily/Weekly/Monthly project reports and metrics
Manage client and stakeholders expectations
Manage onsite and offsite teams
Support pre-sales teams in new engagements
Strong design/development experience (8+ yrs)
Strong delivery management experience (4+ yrs)
Good understanding of technology platforms like Java, JBOSS, CI/CD, Spring Boot, Docker, JPA, Rest API, Micro Services, JSON, Oracle, Angular JS
