Job Description
Highly motivated and well experience technical delivery manager to lead the design and development for all delivery aspects of one or more projects. Have sound knowledge in software engineering methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Familiar with the estimation process and able to understand the high-level business requirements, create work breakdown structure and create estimates and plan. Good team player and have good written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the development and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide projects
- Strong communication skills, proven experience with driving and execution?
- Directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Assists in developing vendor statements of work, deliverables and SLAs
- Responsible for monthly financial management and administrative activities.
- Reports out the status of project(s) assigned
Required:
- Minimum 8+ years of software design and development experience
- Minimum of 4 years’ supervisory experience
- Good Understanding of any Technology platform like Java/ BI/SAP/Microsoft/ETL etc
- Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and apply software design concepts
- Demonstrated interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
- Should be able to provide effort estimates and plan for required deliverables/projects
- Strong experience of software quality governance.
- Excellent coordination skills to work with partners.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Travel 25%-40%
