a. Mandatory experience with IBM Unica Affinium Campaign 10.1 or above
b. Has worked on feedback collection tools for email , social media and web channels
c. Understands domain / concepts around close loop marketing for progressive improvement in subsequent waves
d. Good hands on with at least one RDBMS in terms of SQL queries , performance tuning
e. Experience with Unica specific tuning for flowcharts including extract, snapshots, segments etc.
f. Can model customer profile based on LTV, recency and frequency along with sentiment analytics
g. Is able to clearly identify , isolate reasons for significant drop in segments or responses and demonstrate quantifiable control measures.
