Onsite Position: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Must be local)
Duration: 6 months

Skill’s: Primary Responsibilities 1. Support the Enterprise Email Migration Project team in gathering technical requirements for the migration process. 2. Uncover any email dependent/integrated applications and communicate with the vendors for recommendations to bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers. 3. Responsible for consulting with customers on business needs, translating needs into technical requirements, and interfacing with agency and customers to ensure successful delivery of large, complex projects. 4. Prepare and deliver informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers and stakeholders. 5. Help the project meet schedule, business and budget objectives. 6. Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities ? Proficient knowledge of requirements gathering processes and analysis with experience writing business & technical requirement documents ? Thorough working knowledge of evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements ? Strong customer service skills ? Excellent problem determination skills ? Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations ? Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms, evaluate and test emerging technologies ? Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to provide clear, effective communication regarding technical issues and impact to the management. ? Time management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organization / coordination skills to provide solid service management. ? Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks. Additional Information ? Bachelor''s degree, preferably in the areas of Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. ? Experience with Google G Suite administration is a huge plus. ? Experience in supporting Office 365 is a plus.
