The job progression identifies responsibilities ranging from assisting, formulating and defining systems scope and objectives to self-directed activities that client’s long term improvements in business processes.

Project:
Project based role which project includes moving current system over to a cloud based solutions. Project has just started phase two where they are doing vendor evaluations and will be starting to do recommendations and RFPs. Will move to Phase three once completed.
This role is open since they do not have current BAs solely dedicated to this project.
Will be working directly with Project Manager/Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst along with the business users.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Proficiency in following SDLC, which includes requirements gathering, analysis, designing Technical Design Document (TDD), Unit Test Plans (UTP) and performing development testing like Unit, Integration, regression and system testing.
Lead epics for several workstream as a scrum master
Works with distributed teams locally and offshore.

Day To Day Activity:
will have daily spin docs that will have deliverables that need to be completed on a daily basis to meet the sprint deadlines.

Required Qualifications:
Minimal of 5 years technical business analysis experience.
Project Management, change management and process improvement skills.
Scrum Master skills (A certification is required. If doesn’t have it, he/she can become certified within 1-2 months
Agile Methodology.
Cloud, SaaS, PaaS experience.
Experience deployments on integrated systems.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Data Migration.
Experience in System Integration (ETL, API
ServiceNow and Salesforce experience.
Oil/Gas and Real State domain Knowledge.
Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science or related degree.
