Description:
Responsible for Completing Technical Analysis of the Business Requirements and Completing Technical System Designs which address the Business Requirement; Designs that are Cost Effective, Achievable within the Timeframes of the Project and which are Architecturally Sustainable
For Assigned Projects, Responsibilities include Client Consultation, Project Meetings, Resolution of Design Issues, Systems Analysis, and Creation Of Detailed System Designs including Producing Detailed Functional System Design (FSD), Updates/Creation of Technical System Specifications, Use Cases, Work Flow Diagrams, XML Data Mapping, and Status Reporting
Working in a Fast Pace Environment requires a Sense of Urgency and Ownership to Drive to Completion with Desired Results, and the Ability to Manage to Strict Deadlines, and Handle Multiple Projects across Multiple Releases at one time
Maybe asked to Provide Direction and/or Guidance to Less Experienced Staff and to Provide Technical Assistance to the Business during Business Requirements Gathering
Skill Set:
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
Requirements Traceability and Gap Analysis
Analysis of System Software
Creation of Technical System Designs including Graphical User Interface (GUI)
Creation of Functional System Documentation including, Design (FSD), Technical Specification, Use Cases, Data And Work Flow Diagrams, Decision Tables, and Transaction Mapping
Experience with Reading/Understanding XML Schema; Experience with XML tools
Creation of Technical System Designs including voicel User Interface (VUI )
Experience with Reading/Understanding VXML and JAVA Schema
Proficient Interpersonal Skills
Well-Developed Listening Skills and Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Effectively Lead Design Discussions with a Diverse Group of People
Time /Project Management Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Visio)
