You''ll sit side by side with both executives and junior staff to help us gather requirements, iterate quickly, launch new features and improve what we''ve already built. For such a large group, there''s a shockingly small amount of red tape for you to get things done. It takes a special type of person to thrive here, but if all that sounds interesting to you, read on.

Qualifications:
What do we need from you? You''ve done this before. You''ve got at least 6+ years’ experience as a technical business analyst, ideally with a background in mobile (iOS and Android) or web based applications, even better if your focus was on Content Management Systems. Rather than the more traditional product BA, you''re more technical than the average BA and love bridging that gap between the business and development teams, helping everyone stay on the same page and taking a product from the vision stage into reality. Show us what you got. You got a doctorate in documentation. Interpreting what the business wants and turning them into easily understood documents for the technical teams to implement is no easy task, but for you its old hat. Creating system level architectural diagrams, data flows, technical user stories and corresponding acceptance criteria, functional specs - you''ve done them many times before and are praised for their completeness and clarity. Your understanding of how everything works together allows and ability to analyze complex concepts and corresponding ability to translate that data into usable documents allows management to make educated decisions, developers to code efficiently, and QA to fully test the various solutions. Everyone is so glad you are here. You''re resourceful and courageous. Nothing is more satisfying than solving that difficult problem and you love to bring innovative ways to tackle a complex issue, even sometimes if it goes against popular opinion or the way things have been done before. You''re not afraid to challenge the status quo and define the real business problem behind the stated needs, ensuring the team is solving the correct problem instead of providing the right solution to the wrong one. Flexibility, responsiveness, and critical thinking are your tricks of the trade in uniting the teams, providing fully formed solutions that meet everyone''s end goal, not just half baked products. You lead by example. Using your technical influence and passion for detail, you''re a key component in our product owners and executive teams understanding what is needed for today, while always preparing for the future. You''ve got the goals for any project clearly defined in your head, always looking to engage the entire organization so nothing is forgotten, while dealing with the politics and logistics that come with it. When things get tough and deadlines are tight, you keep your cool, step up and do what is needed. We count on you and you can count on us. You talk good. We work with a myriad of executive stakeholders, third party vendors, offshore teams, and other internal groups to deliver the best apps to our customers. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, be it when leading a discovery or documenting a requirement, ensure your team is well represented and everyone understands what is expected. You''re as comfortable talking with senior executives about business goals and the market as you are getting into the weeds with a development team on the intricacies of a specific user story. You''re an Agile ninja. You''re well versed in Scrum processes and are committed to solving business problems, wherever they occur and however they are solved. You can adapt to existing business and software development process, introduce new ones to the team, or even recognize when there is no process in place at all, and still respond to the requests from our customers in a timely fashion. Things move fast here, and if changes come down the pipe, you handle them with grace and creativity. You play nice with others. We work closely together as a team with our product, design and development groups to help turn their ideas into reality. You''re the interface between many different departments in the company, often with conflicting priorities and personalities, so rational thinking and a calm, empathetic presence will go a long way.
