Job Description :
Total experience of around 15+ years in IT in various technologies. Out of this, at least 4 years should be as an architect.
Should have played technology leadership role in large programs
Experience in some of technologies: SOA /EAI, front-end technologies (such as HTML5 and Javascript frameworks), Mobile development, Micro services, Pivotal, Cloud technologies (preferably MS Azure)
Must have experience in Java, J2EE technologies and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Should have familiarity with Enterprise Architecture framework
Willingness to be hands-on
He/she will have penchant to keep himself/herself updated with new technologies and guide the team
Experience in DevOps/Agile is preferable
Must have very good communication skills. Should be able to translate business vision and goals to technical teams

Core Skills Required with Technical Architect :
-          RESTFUL Java services
-          Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
-          Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) – Nice to have
-          Cloud knowledge

Responsibilities :
Responsible for all facts of Digital Enterprise Application Architecture, business, data, and infrastructure.
Ensure that the business strategy required to get transformative effects from current and emerging digital realities is optimal.
Adopt digital technologies and digital experiences across all business touch points.
Primarily focused on the to-be architecture and will be required to document and publish it across all IT disciplines.
Collaborate with business and technology leadership to provide digital architecture, thought leadership, develop proactive and reactive pitches, and digital solutions across the enterprise.
Should be subject matter expertise across AEM, Marketing Cloud, UX, RFID, RTLS, Salesforce, cloud native architecture, and Omni-channel system of engagement.
Extensive capabilities in Enterprise Architecture inclusive of digital Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture and Technology Management.
Should be able to define capability framework, data governance framework, a common set of digital architecture principles, and patterns to facilitate the agile DEVOPS based delivery of the business capabilities in a test and learn model.
Achieve business goals by designing, building and maintaining high caliber solutions according to best technologies that meets the current and future needs.
Recommend technical solutions, standard integration methodologies and the alignment of business and technology.
Prepare and distribute architectural vision, goals, standards, structure, behavior patterns and models, to all affected stakeholders.
Check conformance to standards and architectural decision, resolving design and architectural conflicts by explaining and justifying decisions.
Identify technical risks and problems in the design, implementation and at run-time.
Supervise designers and developers in terms of technology and design decisions.
