Mandatory Skills: COTS Installation, Upgrade, Java/.NET knowledge

10+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years as an architect
Designing and delivering technical solutions. Required Skills are:
Deep Hands on Any COTS Installation and upgrades
Deep Hands on Analyzing the dependencies during upgrade/Migration,
Familiar with Java/.NET knowledge,
Hands on deployment of packages,
Expert knowledge of open source web frameworks and databases
Hands on knowledge of Development and Test processes including agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to venture into new technical areas and come out with technical solutions from a modernization perspective
