- Strong core background in Java, Servlets, MVC, SOAP/Rest Web Services, XML/RPC, Core Service component development, JAVA object design pattern / OOPS, Apache sling, JCR, granite touch UI, JUnit - Strong core background in HTML, CSS, JSP, MVC, JavaScript, ExtJS, JQuery, YUI, NodeJS, AngularJs and Jasmine - Strong core background and Experience in AEM (CQ5/AEM 6.0/6.1 Knowledge on CI, Maven, Jenkins, Eclipse / Intelli J, jUnit, SVN, GitHub, Junit - Excellent listening, oral, and written communications skills - Excellent organizational and coordination skills - Ability to deal effectively with change in a fast paced environment - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes including Agile & Scrum. - Experience working with windows and UNIX operating systems - Added advantage with Adobe marketing cloud i.e. DTM, Target and Campaign integration experience- Experience in workflows, build new templates and application customizations for the WCM application - Experience in implementing best practices to manage performance and scalability of the content management and content delivery solution - Minimum 4 years of hands on experience implementing CQ/AEM (version 6.0 ) based web content management system - Experience working with AEM, JCR (Java Content Repository), Dispatcher, OSGi Framework - Experience in Adobe AEM installation, upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting - Proficient in AEM foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix. - Sound understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, social components etc., code build and deployment process - Experience in developing templates, components using JSP or Slightly scripting language, OSGi bundles, sling services, custom workflow process and customizing out of the box widget and components. - Good understanding of utilizing AEM platform to filter, process and output HTML, JSON and XML - Experience integrating AEM with LDAP - Good understanding and experience using social and communities, MSM and mobile AEM modules - 2 years of experience in application design - Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with an excellent understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Knowledge of MVC architectures, client side and server side frameworks. - Experience using any common JavaScript framework such as Node.js, RequireJS, Angular, Handlebars - Experience in working on onshore offshore model
