Job Description:
BA in Business or BS in Computer Science required

4+ years of Analyst experience beyond degree required
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas (or
combination thereof): Telecommunications industry, Insurance /
claims industry, Logistics, Relevant IT Discipline
Advanced experience and demonstrated knowledge of Visio, Microsoft
Project, and Microsoft Office suite
Ability to create complex SQL queries
Proficiency with Relational Databases (RDBS) (goes with ability to write
complex SQL queries)
Demonstrated ability to write coherent and complete user stories
Ability to facilitate and drive lower level discussions
Solid understanding of a complete business process start-to- end
including supporting documentation (from past work experience)
Experience with CARE systems (customer experience knowledge and
former involvement working with agents as end users)
End user understanding of work with web-based applications
Demonstrated experience with CRM systems
NTH: Proficient understanding of SDLC processes desired
