Position: Technical Analyst Lead
Location: Lisle, IL 60532
Duration: 6 months, long term contract to hire position

Description:
The Technical Analyst will be responsible for leading technical needs around pricing applications.
This position will be driving efforts for configuring, writing technical specifications, document system processes and solution designing.
Deliverables in this effort will consist of writing technical specifications, development and needs to fully complete the application needs.
Will be interacting with business users and Business Analysts to identify solutions. Able to work with cross- functional team(s
Manage the requirements through the project lifecycle by establishing and maintaining agreements between the customer and the project team.
Ensure the technical requirements are specified in a manner suitable for future growth.
Perform critical communications role by interacting with users (business domain), project team members and development personnel (technical domain
Requirements:
BS in Computer Science. At least 8 years of experience.
Technical Experience in the following areas:
o .NET
o Java
o XML
o Visual Basic
o ASP
o Web Services
o Application Configuration
o DB Design (SQL & Oracle)
o ETL
o Documenting Process and Data Flows
Work experience in manufacturing industry a plus
Proven ability to handle complexity. Proven ability to drive change. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels.
