Position : Sr. Agile Project Manager
Location : Louisville, KY
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Job Description:
5+ Experience in extreme programming is must.
Must have XP experience.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience.
Must have managed multiple project simultaneously.
Expert at managing multi stakeholder projects.
Very good communication skills.
Must own project and drive to extract results.
Must be capable of managing project from vision and scope stage through production turn.
Ability to identify impacted teams, get estimates done, plan milestones, publish & get alignment to project plan.
Work with architects to get ballpark estimates, and have architecture & design completed.
Take ownership of driving dev & testing team toward planned timeline.
Track and govern project. Clear project status reporting. Share project status with senior leadership.
Track and manage project issues & risks. Identify critical path risks early on, and set mitigation plans.
Security tools/application knowledge is added value.
Skills good to have: C# with .Net Framework
