Tech Sourcing – Process Specialist – (expertise with IT sourcing needed)


Job Description
Assesses incoming agreements to ensure compliance
Interacts with suppliers to ensure use of appropriate contract template;
Routes contract for electronic signature
Prepares and issues agreement termination letters
Identifies and implements best practices and process improvement opportunities
Resolves user issues
Ensures SLAs are met
Manages quality-related tasks
Identifies contract renegotiation opportunities
Identifies supplier
Performs day-to-day assigned sourcing / procurement process
Creates agreement
Maintains close relationship with internal end customers

Qualification
College graduate
Has 2-4 years of work experience
Has 2-3 years’ experience in sourcing / sourcing support
Has good knowledge of supplier market in a particular category
Understands supplier contracts - structures and contractual clauses; legal and regulatory requirements
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of supplier market in a particular category
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
